Please note that by completing your purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
I am a small independent designer maker and I will always aim to provide the very best service. My work takes me away from the studio some days and very occasionally I do allow myself days off, so I may not always be able to dispatch items on the same day of ordering. If you have any queries, comments or issues then please do contact me in the first instance – email is the best way to keep in touch.
All designs and photographs are my own and as such are copyrighted to me unless otherwise stated and credited.
Definitions:
• I/me/my, mine: refers to me, the business owner, Suzanne Franks who is trading as Lemonkitten Design
• You/your/yours: refers to you the customer, the person seeking to purchase goods from my on-line shop
• Working day: means any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday with the exception of UK bank holidays
Payment Options
You can make payment by Paypal or Credit Card.
Please note all payments are hosted by Paypal for your security, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay by Credit Card.
Payment must be made prior to despatch of goods or commencement of order (in the case of personalised items).
I am not registered for VAT.
Delivery
By Post:
I currently only deliver to UK locations.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail first class unless otherwise arranged.
My aim is to post items to you within 4 working days of receiving your order, however, I will often be able to send things sooner. Please get in touch before completing your order if you need goods to be posted very quickly and I can advise on availability.
Whilst I will post items to you as quickly as I am able to, I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Cards are cellophane wrapped and will be packaged in a board backed envelope to help ensure that they arrive in tip-top condition.
Local pick-up:
I will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a convenient collection time from my premises. This will usually be within a couple of working days, and often sooner.
Returns
Found fault?
I check my work carefully, however, should a faulty item slip through the net then please let me know and I will be in touch with you to arrange a replacement or repair. Please keep the item and it’s packaging until advised otherwise.
Changed your mind?
- Goods which aren’t personalised: If you changed your mind then that’s fine, you don’t have to give me a reason, just let me know within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your order. I will then ask you to return the goods to me in the original packaging and in saleable condition within 14 days before a refund can be given (again with 14 days).
- Goods which are personalised: Personalised items are little more tricky as I can’t re-sell them if you change your mind so I’m afraid I’m unable to offer you a refund unless the item is faulty. Please still get in touch as quickly as possible – if I haven’t committed to printing I will try to help you.
A final note
I wanted to write this in plain English to keep things simple, however, just to be clear, there is no intention for anything here to limit any legal rights to which you or I are entitled.
